During our Rhino Dehorning Mission in Namibia, conservation work took an unexpected turn when our team was called to assist with the relocation of a female lion. In the midst of this high-adrenaline operation, we took the rare opportunity to capture her footprints in real time, directly in the field.
 
These prints are not only a striking reminder of Africa’s most iconic predator, but also a symbol of the unpredictable and dynamic nature of wildlife conservation. Every footprint tells the story of the strength and resilience of this lioness, and the dedicated teamwork it takes to protect and manage Africa’s wildlife.
