Bring home a distinctive reminder of our fieldwork with this limited edition African buffalo footprint, created while our team worked alongside these remarkable animals. The African Buffalo is one of Africa’s Big Five, alongside the Lion, Leopard, Elephant and Rhino. The term originally referred to the five animals considered the most challenging and dangerous to hunt on foot.

Our team had the privilege of being involved in a research mission, safely darting multiple buffalo to collect samples for genetic testing. This important research is helping us to better understand their genetics, breeding patterns and population dynamics. It provides valuable information to support the long term conservation and management of these remarkable animals. Working closely with buffalo in the field is an incredible experience. These powerful, intelligent animals are an essential part of Africa’s ecosystems and every opportunity to learn more about them contributes to better informed conservation work.

All proceeds from these prints go directly back into our wildlife veterinary and conservation work. Your purchase will help support future field projects, including our plans to purchase tracking collars for next year’s work, as well as genetic research and the many other essential costs involved in protecting and caring for wildlife.

Own a unique piece of the wild and help us to keep our conservation work moving forward.
