24th February 2026
This day marks the 4-year anniversary of the war in Ukraine. For all those who would like to support our frontline work, you can now do so from home. By committing to donate before the 24th of February, you will help us continue to save innocent lives every day of the year.
This year we are running a very special event because it is also World spay Day. We want to break a record, and sterilize & vaccinate 500 animals on this one day, in all four corners of Ukraine. From the Eastern frontline city of Donetsk to Kyiv in the North, Lviv in the west and Mykolaiv in the South, Worldwide Vets and our partners will be busy operating from dawn to dusk to help as many animals as possible. But we need your help. This ambitious day will cost $20,000 to run. Can you help us reach the target?

How You Can Help
We need your support to continue assisting the 4-legged victims of war. Now more than ever, their future is uncertain. Over the last two weeks the country has continued to come under bombardment from drones and missiles, knocking out power sources and striking buildings around us. Now for many hours of the day and night we are without heating, water, and electricity. It adds a new challenge to our work, but we are more committed than ever to continue this mission. Despite weeks of snow, frozen roads, and subzero temperatures, we will continue.
By uniting teams around the country on the 24th of February, we will show that the world has not looked away, that we care, that we support, and that when we stand shoulder to shoulder, great things can happen. We will bring hope to the community, help to rescuers, and support to owners and volunteers around the country, so that animals in need can get the treatment they deserve.
In the darkest hour, our light will shine.

Got the T-shirt?
We have just released an exclusive hoodie and shirt with a design for Donate A Day 2026.
100% of the profits from this beautiful design are going towards supporting our fundraiser. Why not grab one and wear it on the day?! Don't forget to send us a selfie; we will be making a collage of you all to share on our channels and in the clinic in Ukraine!
